All weekly and nightly rentals are subject to lodging tax (We don’t offer
this only month to month however we will pro rate if tenant starts or ends
in say the middle of a month.)
Occupancy of the premises shall be limited to two (2) individuals per
bedroom plus one (1) or as may be regulated by Nevada or Federal
Law.

Please read below for some important information.
We plan on keeping the park in good repair and improving on areas we feel are necessary as
well as needed. Please keep your lot clean and maintained to help us do that.
We have a strict policy as far as the payment of rent and upkeep of your lots. If your rent is not
paid on time, there will be a late charge enforced and you will be subject to eviction. If you do
not keep your lot clean and maintained, we will do so for you at a minimum charge of $25 per
occurrence.
We will accept only checks or money orders at this time. Rent payments will continue to be
due on the 1 st calendar day of every month and must be mailed to P.O. BOX 1627 Tonopah Nv,
89049 or placed in the drop box at 735 Knapp Ave. The drop box is located on the corner of 1 st
street and Knapp. See the picture below. In the near future we will also provide tenants with an
electronic rent pay option.
